About the role
We are seeking a research engineer to advance semiconductor sensing technologies for automotive applications, including image, radar, lidar, inertial, and environmental sensors.
Responsibilities
- Conducting technology sensing, assessment, and benchmarking
- Translating device insights into system-level value
- Collaborating with technical leadership and external partners
- Supporting the growth of semiconductor capabilities
- Utilizing Agile methodologies for rapid hypothesis testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a STEM field
- At least 3 years of industry experience
Skills
- Knowledge of chip architectures
- Industry-standard EDA tools
- Verilog/SystemVerilog
- Experience with digital, analog, or mixed-signal chip design
- Strong analytical, communication, and resource management abilities
- Familiarity with Agile processes
- Desirable: research on NPUs, neuromorphic ICs, or memristors
