Key Responsibilities
- Lead preparation and filing of all SEC reports, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and annual reports
- Oversee the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements, including footnotes, EPS calculations, equity rollforwards, and non-GAAP/aEBITDA disclosures
- Maintain accuracy, completeness, and integrity of XBRL tagging and SEC filings
- Monitor emerging SEC regulations and disclosure requirements and assess impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 and publicly traded company SEC reporting experience
- Proficiency with Workiva, Equity Edge Online, and XBRL
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and technical accounting standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and operate effectively in a hands-on capacity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and audit committees
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting systems expertise
- Ability and willingness to “roll up sleeves” and consistently meet tight deadlines
