Senior Manager, SEC Reporting Our client is seeking a Senior Manager of SEC Reporting to support its growing accounting and finance team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced public company environment, with responsibility for SEC reporting, technical accounting, equity accounting, audit support, and SOX compliance.Responsibilities:Prepare and coordinate SEC filings, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks, and related disclosuresSupport quarterly and annual financial reporting under U.S. GAAPResearch and document technical accounting matters and complex transactionsLead accounting for stock-based compensation and other equity-related activityAssist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activitiesCoordinate with external auditors and support SOX/internal control requirementsPartner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, and other teamsQualifications:Active CPA requiredStrong SEC reporting and technical accounting experienceExperience preparing or supporting 10-Q and 10-K filingsPublic company accounting experience, preferably within a smaller or growth-stage organizationAbility to work independently in a hands-on environmentBiotech/life sciences and Sage Intacct experience are a plusPosition Details:Approximately 6-month consulting assignment with potential to convertHybrid schedule, 2 days onsite in King of Prussia, PA Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
