Senior Scrum Master - Remote

About the role

The Senior Scrum Master will coordinate and monitor the scrum process from initiation through delivery, serving as a liaison between the product owner, development team, and management to ensure all targets and requirements are met. They will maintain the product backlog and release plan and facilitate productivity by setting up meetings and removing impediments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree (Required) or 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree
• No specific certification or licensure requirements
• Experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree or Certification

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
