About the role

Responsible for leading software development projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring project success through effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead software development projects from conception to deployment
  • Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure project success through effective communication and collaboration
  • Collaborate with product managers to define project scope and objectives
  • Oversee project timelines and resource allocation
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and status updates
  • Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Implement agile methodologies to improve project efficiency and quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++)

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
