About the role
Responsible for leading software development projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring project success through effective communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead software development projects from conception to deployment
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Ensure project success through effective communication and collaboration
- Collaborate with product managers to define project scope and objectives
- Oversee project timelines and resource allocation
- Facilitate regular team meetings and status updates
- Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
- Implement agile methodologies to improve project efficiency and quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++)

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
