Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of upstream bioprocesses, including cell culture, media optimization, and process scale-up activities.
- Drive process improvements that enhance yield, consistency, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Partner with R&D, manufacturing, downstream processing, analytical, and quality teams to ensure seamless technology transfer and process integration.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Serve as a scientific and technical resource for cross-functional development projects.
- Lead laboratory, pilot-scale, and commercial-scale production activities while maintaining high standards for quality and compliance.

- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs, quality systems, and regulatory expectations.
- Present project updates, scientific findings, and operational metrics to senior leadership.
- Contribute to the development of new technologies, intellectual property, and scientific advancements that support Leinco's continued growth.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Biology or a related scientific discipline.
- Experience working in a research laboratory environment.
- Strong scientific problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
