Job Summary

A Top-Tier Global Pharma Leader is seeking a Senior Scientist to join their Target Discovery and Biology group. Located fully onsite in the thriving biotech hub of Cambridge, MA, this role offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your data will directly validate new therapeutic targets.

Responsibilities

• Design, perform, and interpret in vitro experiments under the leadership of the Lab Head.
• Generate high-quality data using cellular and molecular biology techniques to unravel cellular mechanisms.
• Analyze, interpret, and effectively present data across multiple multidisciplinary oncology teams.
• Explore and introduce novel technologies, approaches, and complex-disease models.
• Maintain a functional laboratory environment, technical equipment, and tools, including safe handling of radionuclides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or vocational degree in cellular biology, molecular biology, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of biomedical research experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with CRISPR, qRT-PCR, cloning, cell culture, cell viability/death assays, and transient/stable cell line generation.
• Experience with immunoblotting, FACS, and data analysis software (e.g., Prism, Spotfire).
• Excellent scientific communication skills and a highly collaborative mindset.
