Senior Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Directs the planning function across allocated projects and tenders, ensuring schedules are effectively developed, monitored and delivered.
• Safely delivers high-quality and compliant project delivery, promoting wellbeing, inclusion and strong HSE standards.
• Drives performance across key assignments, ensuring effective planning, scheduling and monitoring aligned with business objectives.
• Supports strategic development, governance and responsible decision-making across functions and business units.

• Manages effective planning, scheduling and project controls, applying recognised methodologies and tools.

• Delivers project requirements while supporting net-zero ambitions and proactive carbon management.

Requirements

• Professional membership (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE or equivalent) with strong continuous development.
• Extensive planning experience across complex property or infrastructure programmes.
• Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management capability.
• Proven leadership of large, diverse teams with awareness of carbon and sustainability impacts.
