About the role
The Scheduler will work closely with heads of departments and our Operations Managers to create and adjust employee scheduling of PS Associates. This is a 24-hour operation, requiring a smart, hard-working associate who supports the executive and leadership team.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Report directly to the Senior Manager of Scheduling to support the scheduling of all PS Associates across multiple terminals.
- Cook up daily staff assignments in all departments.
- Make smart decisions to help us become a more efficient workforce.
- Be a key communicator to ensure accuracy and engaged employees.
- Support the daily logistical operation and overall service mission with additional duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred.
- Minimum education requirement of High school Diploma/GED.
- Experience of working with ADP, Sabre, or similar workforce management software.
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience building schedules and working with a large team required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening + background check.

Schedule
This is a full-time, non-exempt role. Shifts may include weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening hours.
