Senior SBL Credit Solutions Advisor
About the Role
Provide tailored financial services to clients, including consulting on financial requirements, recommending suitable products and services, and developing loan packages. Maintain client accounts, identify potential clients, and assist in wealth management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop important customer relationships with guidance from senior colleagues, and/or manage an account team delivering day-to-day support. Customers are likely to include mid-tier companies and multinational corporations.
- Set clear objectives for each sales call; develop and make presentations tailored to the known interests, needs, issues, and concerns of decision-makers and influencers within the client organization.
- Gather and analyze relevant information; gain agreement to a statement of client requirements.
- Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex existing client accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers, enabling effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues.
- Manage ongoing relationships with identified client segments to ensure their needs are met, providing themes, summary analyses, and recommendations for changes based on client input.
- Create a business development plan to identify, evaluate, and structure key transactions (e.g., alliances, collaborations, mergers and acquisitions, in- and out-licensing initiatives) to ensure continued financial health and maximum value creation through the entire product life cycle.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
- 6 to 10 years of general work experience.
- Hybrid workstyle.
- Travel less than 25%.
