Senior SAP MM/WM Analyst
About the role
This position is onsite in Grafton, WI. You will lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP MM/WM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, business process design, SAP configuration, functional design, testing, and rollout.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP MM/WM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, business process design, SAP configuration, functional design, testing, and rollout.
- Analyze business requirements and provide conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs.
- Perform SAP configurations and write detailed specifications for ABAP custom programs.
- Conduct solution/product demonstrations and workshops.
- Support system integration, including EDI/IDOC and other interface methods.
- Write functional specifications for custom solutions and interfaces.
- Collaborate with business users to define scope and gather requirements.
- Resolve production issues and support ongoing SAP SCM programs.
- Coordinate work delivery between onsite and offshore teams, including flexible work timings for remote collaboration.
- Provide strong client-facing support, including presentations and communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Current SAP ECC 6.0 Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) knowledge and experience
- A functional/technical professional with at least three full lifecycle SAP ECC 6.0 implementations
- 10+ years hands on experience in SAP MM/WM configuration and implementation/support including but not limited to developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing best practice business solutions while meeting multiple deadlines
- Extensive knowledge of warehousing operations like receiving, picking, shipping, physical inventory, cycle count
- Strong understanding of integration point with SAP PP and SD modules is a must
- Extensive knowledge of SAP custom application programs, enhancements, BADIs/BAPIs, interfaces, and user exits
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to foster teamwork in a fast-paced project environment
- Ability to work effectively with end users, offshore teams and adapt to flexible work timings
Qualifications

Skills
- Ability to read ABAP code
- Experience in project management, planning, and coordination
- Experience in discrete manufacturing industry, especially in North America
