Senior Salesforce Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Anticipate, plan and deliver IT solutions that support enterprise strategic goals and enable increased business value.
• Own end-to-end solution design for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation.
• Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
• Design and implement integrations using: REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware tools (e.g., IIB, MuleSoft, Boomi, APIGEE, MFT and Attunity).
• Provide Solution architecture to various projects in adherence to the overall Sales and Service Strategy and Roadmap.
• Works with Enterprise Architects, Solution and product owners to develop detailed technical architecture patterns for Salesforce initiatives.
• Demonstrate functional integration with business users, documenting requirements, functional specifications, functional/regression/UAT testing.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team that consists of onshore/offshore resources, including both contractors and FTE’s.
• Drive adoption of best practices, reusable frameworks, and standards.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Strong expertise in: Apex & Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement / Pardot, Agentforce, Data360
• Proven experience in solution design and architecture
• Experience in both Build and Run projects desirable
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and APIs
• Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments
• Implementation experience of Agentforce supporting business use cases
