Senior Salesforce Engineer

About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and review technical designs for custom development and integrations
• Serve as a technical thought leader, evaluating and recommending new Salesforce capabilities
• Design, build, and govern integrations using Workato and manage complex initiatives
• Collaborate with XFN stakeholders to gather requirements and co-design solutions
• Mentor other Salesforce engineers, providing guidance and supporting their growth
• Set strategic direction for Salesforce and adjacent Revenue systems
• Own end-to-end architecture and governance of CPQ solutions

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce.com (5+ years in complex enterprise orgs)
• 4+ years of experience developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow
• 2+ years experience with Workato or comparable iPaaS tools
• Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps tooling, including Gearset or comparable CI/CD platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CPQ (5+ years)
