Senior Salesforce Developer - Only W2

Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce technical designs.
• Lead development of workflows, automation, validation rules, and custom objects.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and CRM Analytics solutions.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
• Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce development and security best practices.

Technical Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven experience designing Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Experience with CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics) or comparable reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, source control, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with enterprise system integrations (e.g., Guidewire, SAP, ImageRight).
• Required: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; additional certifications preferred.
