Senior Salesforce Consultant

About the role

The Senior Consultant position at Cirrius Solutions is a critical piece to the project delivery pod. The Senior Consultant supports complex delivery items, mentors other consultants, and fills roles such as Lead Consultant, Release Manager, or Automation Lead.

Responsibilities

• Advanced declarative configuration on Salesforce Field Service, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Advanced declarative automation, reporting configuration
• Conducting discovery sessions with clients to map out business processes and define key success factors
• 50% of time focused on Salesforce configuration
• 35% of time spent with clients on discovery sessions, touchpoints, and training sessions
• 15% of time dedicated to talent development and internal team events
• Strong communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and ability to handle multiple implementation projects simultaneously

Requirements

• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certified
• Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certified
• Advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud configuration
• At least 4+ Salesforce Field Service full-cycle projects under your belt
• Experience mentoring junior consultants and gathering requirements from clients

Qualifications

• Desirable skills include Advanced Field Service Accreditation, experience with 3rd party apps, Service Cloud Voice experience, and Solution design experience
