Responsibilities
- Mentor engineers and solution designers in Revenue Cloud Advanced and billing
- Align architectural direction with the Principal Salesforce Architect
- Produce and communicate High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD)
- Manage architecture and system roadmaps for the Product-to-Cash landscape
- Enforce platform standards across the Salesforce ecosystem
- Build Proofs of Concept to validate architectural decisions
- Design and govern system integrations for seamless data flow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience in implementation, configuration, and solution design
- 3-5 years of Salesforce architecture experience
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)/CPQ
- Strong experience with billing systems and cross-system integrations
- An AI-first mindset with exposure to Agentforce and Claude-based solutions
- Strong leadership and communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
