Senior Salesforce Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will shape the architecture and development standards for the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring the platform supports commercial priorities and operational stability. You will partner closely with business leaders, technical teams, and external collaborators to translate needs into scalable platform solutions. The position also owns governance for AI capabilities, data models, integration patterns, and ongoing platform enhancement across multiple teams. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $121,500 – $240,500 annually Responsibilities Serve as the technical architect for Salesforce, defining architecture and development standards Collaborate with the Certinia team on data models and integration patterns for seamless architecture Translate commercial priorities into actionable platform solutions with business leaders Lead AI capability design and governance on the Salesforce platform Evolve the platform with seasonal releases and manage the backlog for various teams Oversee service desk operations and enhance platform stability and user experience Govern best practices and integration methods across platforms Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Sales Cloud, with deep Salesforce architecture experience Hands-on AI implementation experience on Salesforce Proven leadership in managing Salesforce teams and partners Strong understanding of data governance and integration architectures Advanced Salesforce architect certifications preferred Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field Benefits Competitive benefits package based on location Focus on employee growth and career development Commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace Opportunities for mentorship and leadership in a global environment Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
