Salesforce Senior Architect

About the role

The Salesforce Architect at Fulton Bank is responsible for analyzing company processes, developing Salesforce workflows and custom solutions for specific business needs. They apply enterprise architecture mission, vision, and principles on projects aligned with the bank's strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze company processes and develop Salesforce workflows and custom solutions for specific business needs
• Work on more complex issues requiring an in-depth evaluation of technical and services architecture domain factors
• Execute solution architecture activities on more complex projects, evaluating, assessing, and recommending solutions that mitigate risk, conform to technical standards, and leverage asset re-use
• Translate business requirements into technology designs and Salesforce solutions
• Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce systems and applications

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
• 5+ years of Salesforce Solutions Delivery Lead experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Technical Platform experience
• 3 years of hands-on nCino experience

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to travel on a quarterly basis to our location in East Petersburg or Lancaster, PA
• This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and ecosystem
• Experience with Salesforce customization, integration, and workflow development
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Pay

$101,900.00 - $169,800.00 annually
