Senior Sales & Service Representative Community (Universal Banker)

About the Role

As a Senior Sales & Service Representative at First Citizens Bank, you will support sales and service delivery in the branch. You'll build and expand banking relationships through proactive customer outreach and service requests, fulfill deposit accounts, payment solutions, and digital access products, and identify and refer sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner. This role adapts to the needs of the branch, providing customer service in both transaction processing and sales capacities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and/or team financial, production, and relationship results relative to specific metrics and goals.
• Engage with customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach.
• Represent the Bank in the community by attending civic and community events to generate business and identify CRA opportunities.
• Engage in sales practices that create value for both the customer and the bank.
• Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues.
• Uncover sales or referral opportunities through conversation.
• Listen attentively and address customer needs promptly.
• Optimize performance by seeking coaching, supporting Bank initiatives, and leveraging tools.
• Comply with regulations, policies, and procedures to manage risk.
• Complete required training and perform general office management duties.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of sales or customer service experience; or 6 months of experience in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank; or participation in a First Citizens career development program.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred Experience: Sales, in-person customer service, banking, teller line, telephone sales.
