Senior Sales Representative

About the role

Southern National Roofing is urgently hiring in-home sales closers and sales representatives who want to earn serious money without chasing their own leads. Every appointment is pre-qualified and scheduled by our in-house team, allowing you to focus on closing. This role is ideal for high-ticket sales professionals, sales representatives, account managers, car sales professionals, and retail sales leaders comfortable presenting in person and closing large deals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 8 - 12 pre-scheduled and pre-confirmed in-home appointments per week
• Close sales and achieve sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Attend trainings and stay up-to-date on company products and services
• Drive to pre-set appointments with no cold calling or door knocking required
• Complete a thorough PAID two-week training program with our dedicated sales training team
• Attend regular sales meetings

Requirements

• 3 years of prior outside sales experience is mandatory
• Demonstrated history of successfully meeting sales objectives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to establish rapport and foster trust with customers
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Open to coaching and eager to acquire new skills
• Self-discipline and high motivation for financial success
• Proficient in using laptops, mobile devices, and tablets
• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities

Pay

• Expected monthly earnings: $12,500 - $25,000
• On Target Annual Earnings: $150,000 - $300,000
• Weekly draw against commission + Progressive Uncapped Commission
• Bonus opportunities and other incentives

Schedule

• Monday - Friday: Appointments scheduled at 1pm and 6pm
• Saturday: Appointments at 10am and 2pm
• Sales meetings may occur Monday - Thursday at 11am
