Senior Sales Representative

About the role

PCG Digital is seeking a driven Senior Sales Associate to expand its client base by engaging with automotive dealerships and promoting its digital marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to automotive dealerships to introduce PCG Digital's marketing solutions
• Identify key decision-makers and build relationships through various outreach methods
• Communicate the benefits of PCG Digital's services and address dealership marketing challenges
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the sales team
• Keep accurate records of prospecting activities and pipeline status
• Collaborate with sales and client services teams to ensure smooth handoffs
• Stay updated on automotive retail trends and digital marketing best practices
• Meet or exceed outreach and pipeline generation targets

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Confident and persistent in cold calling and email outreach
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to explain digital marketing concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with a CRM and sales tools
• Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive digital marketing is preferred but not required
• Drive, coachability, and strong sales fundamentals are valued
