About the role
Outreach, founded in 2014, is the only complete agentic AI platform for revenue teams. The Revenue Operations team supports the go-to-market organization, focusing on scalable growth, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making across the revenue engine. Key clients include Databricks, SAP, Siemens, and Verizon.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across Sales, CX, and Marketing to design and optimize territory design, forecast strategy, and sales process for Outreach's largest and most strategic accounts.
- Drive repeatability, predictability, and scalability across the business by taking a data-first approach and ruthlessly prioritizing tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve pipeline generation, outreach efficiency, and rep productivity using AI and agentic workflows.
- Work closely with SDR leadership to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales process.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience managing complex sales processes and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and analytics tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with AI and automation tools, particularly in the context of sales operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
The annual base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $135,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, location, and experience.
