Responsibilities

  • Own Salesforce data layer, ensuring accuracy and cleanliness of the data
  • Develop and maintain SFDC reports to inform Sales leadership
  • Lead the Sales pipeline forecast process, validating and analyzing deals
  • Manage end-to-end Sales compensation administration and ensure accuracy
  • Document and implement Sales processes to ensure compliance
  • Oversee deal desk operations, streamlining pricing approval processes
  • Cook up operating cadences and support bookings planning with sales leaders

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS
  • Deep experience with Salesforce data management and hygiene
  • Experience in sales compensation administration including tracking and dispute management
  • Proven track record of owning forecasting processes and CRM data discipline
  • Strong ability to produce SFDC reports and dashboards for leadership
  • Knowledge of data flow between Salesforce and downstream systems like Snowflake
  • High accountability and proactive in own work

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
