Senior Sales Manager, US Consulting Practice

About the role
You will hold commercial ownership of NewtonX’s US consulting book, and will be responsible for driving tangible growth through strategic sales and operational excellence. You will work closely with our RVP of Consulting to shape the overall program direction, manage the Consulting business development engine, and deliver six-to-seven figure partnerships with MBB, Big 4 Strategy, and Tier 2 leaders.
Responsibilities
- Develop targeted strategic account plans (from top-of-funnel pipeline to sales execution) that will increase our footprint within MBB, Big 4, and Tier 2 firms across key US offices and practices
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior consulting Office leads, Practice Area heads, and Insights/ Knowledge conduits to embed NewtonX into the Firms’ core workflows
- Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery, to partner onboarding, to compliance and procurement alignment, to commercial negotiations and closing
- Partner with leadership and marketing to develop outbound campaigns, in-person events, and thought leadership that enhance our top of mind with consulting leaders
- Leverage cross-functional relationships with NewtonX teams to bring the best of NewtonX to clients – e.g. Product to help clients best utilize our proprietary platforms and tools
- Continuously refine our consulting sales processes, pitching methodologies, commercial levers, and innovative tech, to scale the consulting vertical efficiently
- Mentor the consulting sales team, creating development opportunities, and nurturing a non-hierarchical, inclusive, and high-performance culture
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B enterprise sales or account management experience, with a proven track record selling into professional services / consulting/ advisory firms
- 2+ years of experience working with directly with senior clients in a strategic, project management, and/or commercial capacity; MBB, Big 4 Strategy, Tier 2 or equivalent experience preferred

- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills that command credibility at the senior level

- Strong sense of ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Mastery of modern sales execution and CRM/sales enablement (Salesforce, Apollo, etc.)
