About the role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join the prestigious Westin St. Louis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and expand our premium client base in a fast-paced, upscale hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and expand the premium client base through strategic sales planning and exceptional customer service
- Leverage high-impact relationship building with corporate and leisure markets
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the best possible experience for guests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven sales experience with at least 2 years in upscale hotel or hospitality sales
- Strong understanding of negotiation and contract interpretation
- Marriott experience preferred
Qualifications
- Exceptional professional polish and presence befitting a luxury 4-diamond property
- Effective communication skills, both public and with other Team Members
- Proficiency with hospitality management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong time management skills
- Understanding of respective market segment, competitors' strengths, weaknesses, trends, supply and demand
