Senior Sales Manager

Sales$144k–$175k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes a paragraph about company. That's likely "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Description paragraph: "We are a global leader in food & beverage ingredients...". That's about the company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical for role description. But we have a "Position Summary" after description. So we can treat the first paragraph as "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can include "About the role" heading with the description paragraph. Then "Position Summary" paragraph: "Reporting to the Head of Sales, NA Cocoa, the Senior Sales Manager will serve as a senior commercial leader...". That could be part of About the role or separate? Might be part of About the role. But we can include it under About the role as prose. Then "Position Responsibilities" list: bullet points. We'll put under

    Responsibilities

    with
    • each. Then "Position Requirements": list of requirements. Could be under

      Requirements

(or Qualifications). The instruction includes Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We have "Position Requirements" which includes education, experience, etc. We'll put under

      Requirements

      with
      • . Then "Pay Statement": includes pay range for Illinois. That's specific pay info. So we need a Pay section with that content. Also there is "Additional Components Include But Are Not Limited To Bonus: Eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents Benefits: Employees (and their eligible dependents) covered through affordable access to healthcare, protection, and saving for the future Well-being: We offer events, resources and learning opportunities that inspire a physical, social, emotional, and financial well-being lifestyle for our employees and their families". This includes Bonus, Benefits, Well-being. The instruction says include Benefits section only if posting actually states them. It does state benefits: "Employees (and their eligible dependents) covered through affordable access to healthcare, protection, and saving for the future". Also "Well-being: We offer events, resources and learning opportunities...". Could combine under Benefits. Also Bonus is mentioned. Could include under Benefits or separate? The instruction only lists Benefits as a possible heading, not Bonus. But we could include Bonus under Benefits as part of benefits. However we need to preserve all substantive info. We could create a Benefits section that includes bullet points: Bonus, Healthcare, Well-being. Or we could keep as prose. Also there is location info: "The location for this position is Chicago (strongly preferred) or remote in the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CT, GA, IL, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OR, RI, TX". That's location info. Not a heading in list; we could put under About the role or maybe a separate section like "Location". But not in allowed headings. Could fold into About the role as prose. Also there is "For remote employees, commitment to spend at least five days per month in the assigned office, in addition to regular travel obligations." That's also location/remote requirement. Also there is "Ability to work occasional weekends and evenings for travel or fulfillment of position responsibilities." etc. Also "State issued driver’s license and clean driving record is required." etc. These are under Requirements. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement, accommodation contact, diversity statement, etc. Also "Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive..." etc. Also "ofi provides equality of opportunity..." etc. Also "If you need assistance..." etc. Also "At ofi, we celebrate our diversity." etc. Remove those. Also "Additional Components Include But Are Not Limited To Bonus: ..." we keep. Also "Benefits: Employees (and their eligible dependents) covered through affordable access to healthcare, protection, and saving for the future". Keep. Also "Well-being: We offer events, resources and learning opportunities that inspire a physical, social, emotional, and financial well-being lifestyle for our employees and their families". Keep. Now we need to decide sections. Potential sections: - About the role (description + position summary + location) - Responsibilities - Requirements - Benefits (including bonus, healthcare, well-being) - Pay We should not include Schedule unless specified; not present. We should not include Skills unless separate; we have skills embedded in requirements; but we could combine. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Now format. We'll output:

        • Partner with global and regional cross-functional teams across ofi, including operations, supply chain, product management, finance, sustainability, and customer service, to deliver against account strategies and resolve complex business issues.
        • Develop account forecasts, profitability analyses, business reviews, and strategic updates for leadership and key stakeholders, using data and financial insights to inform decision-making and drive accountability.
        • Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, pricing strategies, and value-based customer proposals to support sustainable growth and protect business value.
        • Influence and align global stakeholders, including customer leadership, internal commercial teams, supply chain partners, and functional leaders, to ensure coordinated execution across markets and regions.
        • Mentor less experienced team members, share market and customer insights, and contribute to broader sales capability building across the organization.
        • Perform other duties as assigned.
        Then Requirements:

        Requirements

        • Willingness and ability to travel a minimum of 20% of the time is required.
        • For remote employees, commitment to spend at least five days per month in the assigned office, in addition to regular travel obligations.
Note: The location and remote commitment already mentioned in About the role; we might duplicate. But we already included location in About the role. The remote commitment also appears in Requirements; we could keep it there as it's a requirement. It's okay to have some duplication? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay if it's in the original. However we already placed location in About the role; the remote commitment is also in Requirements. We'll keep both. Now Benefits: We have bonus, healthcare, well-being. We could do:
