Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth across new and existing customers.
- Identify key market opportunities and prioritize target accounts and verticals.
- Lead initiatives to acquire new strategic accounts.
- Create clear revenue targets and sales plans aligned with company growth objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure consistent growth.
- Trouble shoot and resolve escalated customer service issues.
Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of: National Account Managers, Regional Account Managers & Business Development Managers.
- Establish clear sales expectations, quotas, and performance standards.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, deal coaching, and territory strategy sessions.
- Build a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent.
Strategic Account Expansion
- Develop strategies to deepen relationships with key customers and expand wallet share.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the company’s product and service offerings.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive long-term retention and growth.
Sales Process & Execution
- Implement structured sales processes to improve pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators.
- Ensure consistent use of CRM systems and reporting tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing to align lead generation and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with operations and customer success teams to ensure strong post-sale customer experience.
- Provide feedback to leadership regarding market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs.
