About the role
This role is a Senior leadership position responsible for driving sales, developing merchandising strategies, and leading key relationships across retail partners. The ideal candidate is both a strong leader and visionary—capable of scaling business, influencing senior Management, and building a results-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sales and merchandising strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Analyze sales performance, trends, and market opportunities
- Develop merchandising strategies that maximize sell-through and reduce inventory risk
- Partner closely with buyers and senior management
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team
- Establish scalable processes and reporting structures
- Drive cross-functional collaboration
- Lead strategic initiatives and special projects
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in apparel sales, merchandising, or leadership roles
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Strong, established relationships within the retail and apparel industry
- Ability to lead and build high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel as needed
