Senior Sales Insights Manager - Rare Disease

Responsibilities
- Support Annual Field Force Sizing & Structure:
- Act as an internal consultant to support field force size and structure projects across NNI Commercial field-based teams.
- Develop single brand optimization with brand teams incorporating competitive intelligence and expected market events.
- Ensure sizing incorporates input from marketing strategy, identified targets, and key NNI objectives.
- Develop recommendations on optimal field force sizes for Executive Team Review and approval, working across all Commercial field-based teams.
- Support running various bag structure scenarios for field sales to optimize effort on key brands.
- Support all major and minor commercial field force alignment and expansion projects, leveraging work completed in field force sizing to deploy personnel.
- Ensure organizational alignment on upcoming pipeline development and salesforce needs as it relates to deployment.
- Enable cross-functional sharing of best practices in Field Resource Planning.
- Operations and Logistics:
- Responsible for the scheduling of key meetings and deliverables to ensure optimal completion of project milestones.
- Work closely with project team and stakeholders to ensure that future risks and opportunities are included for consideration in project deliverables.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Proactively work with vendor(s) and project team to ensure alignment on direction and demands of sizing project.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Strategy, Market Intelligence, Medical, and others to maintain a tracker for NNI Current & Future Brand events as well as other relevant market events.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing Leadership to help inform the Annual Size and Structure project.
- Leadership and Development:
- Champion the Triple Bottom Line in Primary Market Research, Secondary Analytics, and internal strategy consulting.
- Ensure alignment of initiatives to company’s overall vision and business strategic focus areas.
- Advocate for our team, business partners, and customers; demonstrate curiosity to decipher and understand data, human behavior, and drive insights into action.
- Work well under pressure, with initiative to take on unfamiliar tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years of related strategic and analytical experience required in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong writing and presentation skills required.
- Excellent administrative, organizational, project management, and analytical skills required.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data, specifically Xponent, Xponent PlanTrak, DDD, and chargeback data is preferred.
- Experience as a Project Leader responsible for complex projects where input and alignment are needed across multiple stakeholders.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels within the organization.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Excel and Access.
- 10-20% overnight travel required.

Pay
The base compensation range for this position is $120,300 to $222,600. Base compensation is determined based on a number of factors. This position is also eligible for a company bonus based on individual and company performance, as well as long-term incentive compensation and/or company vehicles depending on the position's level or other company factors.
