About the role
You’ll partner with top law firms and corporate legal teams. You are a high-performing Senior Sales Executive driving new revenue, expanding strategic accounts, and strengthening our footprint in key markets. This is a true revenue-generating role with autonomy, executive-level client exposure, and meaningful earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across assigned law firms and zero-based firms (ZBFs)
- Possess strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills; team-oriented with a client-first mindset
- Prospect, penetrate, and expand key accounts
- Run full-cycle sales from outreach to discovery, proposal, close, and renewal
- Lead consultative conversations that uncover client challenges and align tailored deposition solutions
- Forecast accurately and manage pipeline using Salesforce and NetSuite
- Lead QBRs and strategic business reviews for enterprise accounts
- Develop recovery plans for underperforming accounts
- Represent Esquire at industry events and networking engagements
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B or professional services sales experience; legal industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Office; comfortable with digital research tools
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred

Pay
Base Pay + Uncapped Commission (On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000–$250,000, with uncapped earning potential for top performers)
Schedule
This is a remote-based role with virtual collaboration across internal teams, travel to client sites, and attendance at client-facing events.
