The role

We’re looking for a foundational GTM Enablement hire to help scale Tavily’s go-to-market organization. You’ll partner closely with GTM leadership to improve rep productivity, reinforce sales process consistency, accelerate onboarding and ramp time, and help our teams better communicate business value in complex AI sales cycles. This role sits at the center of our GTM organization, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to improve how we enable sellers as our product, positioning, and competitive landscape rapidly evolve.

Responsibilities

  • Build and reinforce Tavily’s sales process, qualification rigor, and enablement frameworks as the company scales.
  • Design and run onboarding programs for new hires, including live training and ongoing skills development.
  • Lead product and competitive enablement initiatives to keep reps current on positioning and differentiation.
  • Create and maintain GTM collateral including battle cards, playbooks, messaging frameworks, and launch materials.
  • Identify productivity gaps and implement enablement initiatives to improve ramp time and sales execution.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to improve field readiness and support new product launches.

Requirements

We expect you to have 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Enterprise SaaS Sales, Product Marketing, or related GTM roles. Experience supporting technical or complex SaaS products is preferred. Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Force Management, or Command of the Message is helpful. Experience building and scaling onboarding or enablement programs from 0→1 is required. Strong understanding of qualification, discovery, business value selling, and enterprise sales execution is expected. Experience improving sales execution, qualification rigor, and rep productivity across GTM teams is necessary. Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment is a must.

Qualifications

Your background should include a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Relevant certifications such as CSP, CSPM, or CSPO are beneficial.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred. Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts is advantageous.

Pay Transparency: We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, the level at which the candidate is hired, and geographic location, consistent with applicable law. Base Compensation Range: $109,500—$136,800 USD.
