Senior Sales Director (Electronic Billing)

About the role

North is on a mission to build the largest suite of credit card processing and merchant services. As a Sales Executive, you’ll grow North’s electronic billing business by acquiring new partners and expanding revenue from existing accounts. This role leads negotiations, shapes sales strategy, and collaborates across teams to align product features with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and acquire new business by promoting North’s electronic billing solutions.
• Expand and sustain revenue from current accounts to increase sales and profitability.
• Lead negotiations and finalize contract terms to create mutually beneficial relationships.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to develop go-to-market sales strategy.
• Collaborate with product teams to address product gaps, key features, and customer requirements.
• Conduct market research into the electronic billing market and create an action plan for new business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of self-prospecting sales experience specifically in the electronic billing segment within the Payments industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Travel required: 25%.
