The Role

Located in Holmdel, NJ, we are seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This role involves generating new business opportunities, engaging customers, collaborating with field counterparts, and driving revenue growth for our SaaS solutions.

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer needs and technical requirements
  • Communicate the value of our SaaS platform to uncover opportunities and help prospects see their potential gaps in data recovery
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, OEMs, and Resellers to drive customer acquisition
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity tracking in CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and industry trends
  • Follow up with prospects in a timely and professional manner throughout the sales campaign

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years of inside sales, business development, or SaaS sales experience
  • Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and work effectively in a sales environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and engaging executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and highly organized
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on experience
