Role: Senior Living Sales Counselor Responsibilities Assist older adults and families in finding suitable living options, including independent, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.Build trusted relationships with prospective residents, families, referral partners, and community teams.Manage inquiries, follow-ups, conduct tours, and presentations to guide prospects through decision-making and move-in processes.Maintain accurate lead information and contribute to occupancy goals.Deliver personalized and respectful service to residents and their families.Participate in a collaborative team focused on enhancing seniors' quality of life and continuous improvement.
