About the role

We are seeking a Senior Living Sales Counselor to assist older adults and their families in exploring suitable community and care options.

Responsibilities

• Listening to individual needs and explaining services such as independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.
• Guiding prospects through the decision-making process with compassionate communication.
• Building trusted relationships, responding to inquiries, conducting tours and presentations.
• Following up with prospective residents and collaborating with community teams to facilitate smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to communicate empathetically and effectively.
• Experience in sales or customer service within senior living or related fields is preferred.
