SiriusXM and its brands (Pandora, SXM Media, AdsWizz, Simplecast, and SiriusXM Connected Vehicle Services) are leading a new era of audio entertainment and services by delivering compelling subscription and ad-supported audio experiences for listeners—in the car, at home, and on connected devices. SiriusXM Media is the gateway for marketers to the largest digital audio advertising ecosystem in North America, spanning Pandora, SiriusXM, AdsWizz, Studio Resonate, and an extended content network.

The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst supports the global advertising sales organization across all SiriusXM Media properties, reporting into the People & Culture organization and collaborating with sales, finance, and human resources on sales compensation design and administration.

Responsibilities

  • Administer sales compensation plans for the company's global advertising sales organization
  • Utilize SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (Callidus) to calculate quarterly payouts
  • Participate in UAT testing and implementation of sales comp plan changes in SAP SuccessFactors, including auditing payouts for accuracy and consistency with plan design
  • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve sales compensation-related issues
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and HR to develop and improve processes and data sets supporting sales compensation calculations
  • Prepare monthly general ledger entries and support financial accounting reporting requirements
  • Provide feedback on the design of sales compensation plans and policies

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
  • 3+ years of sales compensation experience, preferably in the technology or media industry
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Callidus) or comparable sales commission software (e.g., Xactly)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Alteryx
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and thorough
  • Effective and tactful communication skills
  • Process improvement mentality
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Pay

We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $80,900 - $115,000 and will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience. This role may also be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
