Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, construction managers, general contractors, developers, and public agencies on complex projects.
- Participate in the design and implementation of innovative solutions.
- Ensure project compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with project budgeting and cost control.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar architectural software.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Pay
- Salary range: $70,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
