About the role
We're seeking an experienced Risk Manager to own and operate the Data Preservation Program supporting legal proceedings in the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as corporate representative in depositions, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of Last Mile operations, policies, and procedures
- Influences roadmaps, business and technology decisions, and risk portfolio strategy for Last Mile litigation defense
- High impact at organizational level, affecting multiple products across multiple organizations
- Manages the full lifecycle of complex risk programs with negotiated and defined obligations
- Drives risk reduction quantified with metrics, balancing customer experience against risk management concerns
- Own the engagement and support model for Legal, Litigation, and Risk teams requiring DSP data, replacing deprecated workflows with scalable self-service capabilities
- Partner with DSP Analytics to enable teams to self-serve data through training on tools and pre-built queries
- Aggregate common use cases and assess build vs. self-service requirements, coordinating with teams per established RACI
- Drive metrics for program effectiveness, including response time reduction, self-service adoption rates, and discovery production quality scores
- Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) coordinator, routing topics to appropriate SMEs, tracking feedback timelines, and escalating gaps
- Partner with Legal to identify additional opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
- 5+ years of program or project Management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience as a corporate representative preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with data preservation and litigation support systems
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to data preservation

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $121,200.00 - $163,900.00 USD annually.
