Description
The Right of Way (ROW) Project Manager will oversee projects and their employees. Responsibilities include assisting management with contract negotiations, coordinating with supervisors, managing budgets and schedules, and communicating with clients.
Essential Tasks And Responsibilities
- Aid in client contract negotiations and review contracts and terms.
- Coordinate with the supervisor to develop project scope, budget, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring client needs are met.
- Refine company SOPs in line with client specifics and implement project-specific SOPs.
- Serve as the company's onsite representative, attending client meetings and audits.
- Audit accuracy of client reports and GIS tools, and prepare project reporting.
- Attend project kick-offs and conference calls, communicate cost overruns and scope changes, and verify invoices.
- Manage direct reports, handle office issues, and conduct regular management meetings.
- Align delivery and services with shared services, generate change orders, and coordinate staffing levels.
- Communicate with sales and marketing for project cost estimates and lead communication.
- Prepare RFPs and formal estimates, and assist in asset inventory and local association involvement.
- Train direct reports and other field personnel on new processes, and provide coaching.
- Complete skill matrices and communicate with supervisors, and assist in customer relations management.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- CPL or RPL certification for Upstream PMP.
- Effective communication and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email.
- Two to four years of supervisory experience and at least six years of relevant industry experience.
- Understanding of project legal aspects, property values, environmental issues, and permitting requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, pay attention to details, manage time, and maintain regular attendance.

- 100% time in an office environment.
- Regularly requires sitting, using hands, reaching, talking, and hearing.
- Occasionally stands, walks, stoops, kneels, or crouches.
- Occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and adjusting focus.
