Senior Reverse Logistics Analyst

About the role

The Supply Chain Reverse Logistics Senior Analyst at AutoZone will oversee all inventory return and recall activities, ensuring they align with objectives. This includes managing risks, communicating solutions, and providing regular reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively across Supply Chain to address risks and propose solutions
• Generate and manage store and DC inventory recalls
• Manage FOG/POG activities and update the recall calendar
• Collaborate with DCs and BBP team to ensure consistent processing of returns and recalls
• Generate and review weekly KPI reporting for recalls and returns operations
• Communicate with DCs about returning products to vendors
• Partner with vendors and Merchandising to obtain returned goods authorization
• Ensure aged Vendor Boxes and chargeback goals are met
• Report discrepancies to Merchandising
• Streamline and improve DC efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, Business Administration, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics analysis, inventory management, warehouse operations, or equivalent
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with financial analysis
• Prioritize tasks and respond to issues creatively and promptly
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Supply Chain Operations experience preferred
• Preferred SQL proficiency
