Senior Revenue Operations Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will drive cross-functional revenue operations programs that turn strategic priorities into well-defined plans, governance, and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will partner closely with stakeholders across multiple functions to keep initiatives moving from scoping through implementation. This position calls for someone who can manage several concurrent efforts with strong organization, prioritization, and risk management while influencing decisions across the business. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $145,000 – $160,000 annually Responsibilities Lead cross-functional initiatives from initial scoping through implementation with minimal direction. Translate strategic priorities into actionable project plans and success measures. Establish project governance and stakeholder engagement models. Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across Revenue Operations. Facilitate effective meetings and decision-making forums. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in project, program, or business operations, particularly in Revenue Operations. Proven ability to manage moderately complex projects independently from scoping to implementation. Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment. Strong skills in project planning, organization, prioritization, and risk management. Ability to lead through influence and coordinate stakeholders across multiple functions.
