About the role

Nuclearn is hiring its first Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to build the foundation of a new function. The role aims to transform how the nuclear industry operates by streamlining processes and leveraging data.

Responsibilities

  • Own HubSpot as the single source of truth, ensuring data integrity and cleaning up spreadsheets.

  • Build forecasting and pipeline analytics models that Sales and Finance can trust.

  • Define and report metrics such as ARR, net revenue retention, win rates, cycle times, and expansion.

  • Develop dashboards for leadership that connect GTM activity to revenue.

  • Tighten the deal desk and quote-to-cash processes, partnering with Finance on clean handoffs.

  • Define workflows that enable Sales, Customer Outcomes, and Marketing to work from consistent data.

Requirements

You must have 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM analytics at a B2B software company. Deep knowledge of HubSpot is essential, along with experience building forecasting models and revenue reporting.

Qualifications

  • A degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience in a regulated, technical, or long-sales-cycle industry is beneficial.

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a land-and-expand or net revenue retention focus is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with quote-to-cash and the Finance side of the revenue process is helpful.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to build robust forecasting models.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to bridge gaps between Sales and Finance.

  • Experience in a regulated industry and understanding of the challenges therein.

  • Comfortable with AI tools and their potential impact on revenue operations.

  • Ability to handle candid feedback and make tough calls.

Schedule

Remote (US-based), with occasional travel to the Phoenix HQ for team onsites and planning.
