Your goal is to ensure our daily operations run without friction by managing ad-hoc data requests, troubleshooting workflow issues, and maintaining the integrity of our go-to-market systems. This is a high-impact role for a detail-oriented problem solver who wants to learn the "first principles" of how a world-class revenue engine is built and maintained.

- Business or STEM undergraduate degree required
- You have a high degree of comfort with data and don't just pull reports, but actively look for the "why" behind the numbers
- You enjoy taking things apart to see how they work and get excited to find the root cause when a workflow breaks
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment where ad-hoc is the norm and can prioritize a high volume of requests without losing attention to detail
- You can translate technical system issues into plain English for our Sales and Client Management partners
- You have a desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team's metrics
