Core Responsibilities
- Annual GTM planning, including budgeting, territory planning, capacity modeling, and quota design
- Sales compensation plan strategy, design, and execution
- Workflow optimization, automation, and integration across RevOps systems
- Sales performance executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and forecasting models
- Strategic insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Finance, or related roles
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly self-directed and proficient in owning initiatives end-to-end
- Proven experience executing complex cross-functional projects
- Strong experience with Salesforce, Xactly, Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet
