You’ll work closely with teams across Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Revenue Accounting to resolve issues, navigate non-standard terms, and improve our processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into the details, solving problems, and building scalable processes in a high-growth SaaS environment.

- Own the accurate setup and maintenance of sales orders, customers, and billing schedules in NetSuite, ensuring complete and reliable data throughout the order-to-cash process.
- Partner cross-functionally to troubleshoot contract and billing issues, manage escalations, and ensure non-standard terms are appropriately identified for Revenue Accounting review.
- Serve as an accounting checkpoint, maintaining data integrity and ensuring clean, accurate handoffs into billing and revenue recognition.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and greater efficiency across order-to-cash workflows, while supporting ad-hoc projects as needed.

- Exposure to ASC 606 revenue recognition and an understanding of how contract terms can impact billing and revenue.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a consistently high bar for accuracy and data integrity.
Qualifications
- You bring a strong attention to detail and take pride in getting the fine print right, especially when small setup errors can create downstream accounting or billing issues.
- You’re comfortable working cross-functionally and can clearly communicate issues, ask the right questions, and drive problems to resolution.
- You have a process-oriented mindset and enjoy finding ways to make workflows more efficient, scalable, and accurate.
- You’re curious about how contracts, billing, and revenue recognition connect across the broader order-to-cash lifecycle.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and you’re willing to roll up your sleeves to get the work done.
