Senior Retail Account Manager - Fresh Produce

Your Role

Drive sales growth by leveraging your produce knowledge and customer network
Build and maintain strong relationships with independent and multi-store retail accounts
Negotiate pricing, commodity programs, and promotions with buyers
Partner with the Director of Retail Sales to develop accurate forecasts and sales strategies
Collaborate closely with operations and transportation to ensure flawless service execution
Stay ahead of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to maximize opportunities

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Minimum 3 years of recent fresh produce experience (e.g. sales, brokerage, procurement, or retail)
  • Existing network of retail contacts in Washington strongly preferred
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets with year-over-year growth
  • Strong understanding of commodity pricing, supply chain dynamics, and retail merchandising
  • Reputation for professionalism, integrity, and delivering results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting market demands
