Senior Restoration Project Manager - Mitigation, Xactimate

About the role

We provide 24/7 restoration, cleaning and reconstruction services throughout the five boroughs. We handle residential, commercial and Large Loss projects in one of the most complex restoration environments in the country.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of field operations, crews, subcontractors and project execution
• Manage water, fire, mold and storm projects from initial assessment through final completion
• Develop accurate project estimates and scopes using Xactimate
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget and to company quality standards
• Support emergency response efforts
• Mentor, train and develop field personnel while driving accountability and performance
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations on resource planning, scheduling, profitability and operational improvements

Requirements

• Restoration/Mitigation Project Management
• Xactimate Estimating
• Advanced proficiency in Xactimate for job scoping and estimating
• Experience managing multiple projects and field teams simultaneously
• Excellent communication, client relationship, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• IICRC certifications are preferred

Qualifications

• 10+ years of restoration industry experience with demonstrated leadership of mitigation projects
