Senior Residential Superintendent | Luxury Construction

About the Role

A respected luxury residential builder is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee high-end custom homes and renovations throughout New Hampshire. This individual will manage daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, ensure quality standards, and serve as the on-site leader for complex residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities for luxury residential projects throughout New Hampshire.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate project logistics, scheduling, inspections, and day-to-day site operations.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner closely with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners throughout the construction process.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Provide proactive problem-solving and decision-making to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Oversee multiple phases of construction from site preparation through project completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a residential builder.
• Proven background managing luxury custom homes, high-end renovations, or estate projects.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects with limited day-to-day oversight.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience maintaining project quality, safety, and schedule performance.
