Our client is a general contractor specializing in luxury residential construction, including condo and penthouse interiors, as well as ground-up homes in New York and Miami, Florida.
About the role
Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force for ultra-luxury penthouse interiors with construction costs exceeding $5M.
Responsibilities
- Manage project milestones and maintain good relationships with internal and external clients
- Develop and maintain site logistics plan
- Conduct quality inspections and coordinate site testing and inspection efforts
- Monitor costs, including labor time and material
- Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
- Prepare and submit Superintendent's Daily Reports
- Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
- Track and manage materials and sub-contractors
Requirements
- 10+ years managing luxury residential construction projects
- Experience with project budgets ranging from $3M to $15M in construction cost (required)
- Expertise with high-end condo/penthouse interiors (required)
- Strong experience with ProCore or similar software
- OSHA 30 certification
- Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
