RCL Development Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Superintendent to oversee luxury residential construction projects in the Rosemary Beach area. In this role, you will manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of luxury residential construction, from site preparation to final inspections.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel, providing guidance and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to uphold the highest construction standards and compliance with codes.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, reports, material logs, and change orders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Residential Superintendent or in a similar luxury home construction role.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams with exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with clients, architects, and teams.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • OSHA certification or similar safety training (preferred).

Pay

$75,000 - $90,000

Schedule

Full-Time: Monday to Friday with occasional flexibility for project needs.
